 Blackberry Creek Sheds – No-Nonsense Warranty Policy

At Blackberry Creek Sheds, we believe in building it right the first time—and standing behind what we build. Our warranty reflects our commitment to durability, craftsmanship, and transparency.

Structural Warranty

• All new sheds include a 30-year limited structural warranty covering materials and workmanship to ensure long-term integrity.

• Roof shingles are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, typically ranging from 25 to 30 years against leakage.

Doors & Windows

• Doors and windows are warranted for one (1) year from the date of installation.

Vinyl & Wood Exteriors

• Vinyl siding carries the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty against blistering and peeling.

• Wooden exterior products must be caulked and painted or stained within 30 days of installation to activate and maintain warranty coverage. Please note: Wooden sheds are Built on Site unfinished (uncaulked, unpainted and unstained).

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Ground movement, shifting, or settling beneath the structure

• Any damages resulting from improper site preparation or lack of regular maintenance

• Firewood sheds or sheds used primarily for firewood storage, except for the roof shingles

• Alterations or modifications made to the building after the on- site-build is completed.

• Neglect, misuse, accidents, or damage due to high winds, natural disasters, or other acts of nature

Additional Terms

• Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

• Coverage is valid only for buildings constructed between 2024 and the present.

• No other guarantees—express or implied, oral or written—are offered beyond what is stated herein.

• All shed dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to construction tolerances.

Please note that all sheds are built on site and the exterior finishes do not include paint or stain. To ensure long-term durability, all doors must be properly sealed or painted within 30 days of construction.
