Appalachian Craftsmanship, Guaranteed Protection

At Blackridge Structures®, we believe in building it right the first time — and backing it with a warranty that’s as solid as our craftsmanship. Our policy is built on durability, transparency, and trust, ensuring that your investment is protected for decades.

Structural Coverage

• 30-Year Limited Structural Warranty — covering materials and workmanship for long-term strength and stability.
• Roof Shingles — backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, typically 25–30 years against leakage.

Doors & Windows

• All doors and windows include a 1-year warranty from the date of installation.

Vinyl & Wood Exteriors

• Vinyl Siding — protected by the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty against blistering and peeling.
• Wood Exteriors — must be caulked and painted/stained within 30 days of installation to activate and maintain warranty coverage.
  • Note: All wooden sheds are built on-site unfinished (uncaulked, unpainted, unstained).

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Ground movement, shifting, or settling beneath the structure
• Damage caused by improper site preparation or lack of maintenance
• Firewood sheds (except roof shingles)
• Alterations or modifications after the on-site build
• Neglect, misuse, accidents, high winds, natural disasters, or other acts of nature

Additional Terms

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Valid only for buildings constructed from 2024 to the present.
• No other guarantees — express, implied, oral, or written — apply beyond what is stated.
• All shed dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to construction tolerances.
